Derek Blanks PhotographyTina Campbell, who’s one-half of gospel duo Mary Mary has achieved a major milestone with help from her husband Teddy Campbell...but it’s not in the music field.
The first three episodes of the couple’s new web series, 10 Minutes with Ted and Tina, have scored close to a combined 100,000 views so far.
Created and produced by the husband-and-wife team, each episode gives fans their perspective on “life, love and family and faith.” The digital series was launched on Valentine’s Day this year.
“Life is so much better when we live and learn, when we face and overcome challenges, when we forgive and rebuild, when we create and love, when we don’t just exist, but thrive!” the couple shared via a statement. “Our journey has taught us these lessons and we’d like to share them with you.”
Tina and Teddy are gearing up to participate in this year’s L.A. Marathon on Sunday, March 19, to raise money for the volunteer-driven organization The Dream Center.
Tina is also scheduled to perform a new song from the upcoming re-release of her debut solo album It’s Personal at the Stellar Gospel Music Awards‘ pre-show event on March 24. Her sister and bandmate Erica Campbell will co-host the awards gala.
