Amanda Seales is adding her voice to the growing criticism surrounding this year’s Super Bowl performances by Gladys Knight, Chloe X Halle, Travis Scott and Big Boi

During a recent sit-down with ABC Radio, the Insecure actress and unfiltered comedian shared that she feels it’s “very irresponsible” for black musicians to participate in the event.

“I was disappointed for Chloe and Halle,” Seales told ABC Radio.  “I just would have liked the people that are around them, that are older and helping them make decisions, would have decided that [their] integrity is more important.”

Seales further pointed out the contradiction in Gladys Knight’s recent statements regarding her involvement.

“Gladys has said many times, ‘Listen, I was a part of the movement. I was marching.’ Well, then I just feel like you should know better,” said Seales.

As previously reported, Knight will perform a soulful rendition of the national anthem, while Chloe x Halle will deliver “America the Beautiful” ahead of the big game’s kickoff.

Seales also didn’t spare criticism of Scott and Big Boi, mostly voicing her disappointment over the Outkast frontman’s decision to perform.

“Travis, I mean, listen, he’s a Kardashian. So, I don’t expect much different,” she said of the “Sicko Mode” rapper.  “But, Big Boi ain’t ignorant. Outkast is, like, literally one of the most woke groups of all time.”
