ABC/Ida Mae AstuteR&B vocalist Andra Day will make her first-ever appearance on America’s Got Talent next week with one of the show’s alum, dance duo, Blue Journey, Billboard reports.
Day has been on a winning streak this year, appearing at several prestigious live events, including the 2016 Democratic National Convention and Essence Festival in July. She also lends her vocals to the new version of The Black Eyed Peas‘ 2003 single, “Where Is the Love.”
The singer is currently on tour promoting her Grammy nominated debut studio album, Cheers to the Fall.
Andra Day’s America’s Got Talent debut airs September 7 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
