TMZ reports that the power couple, five-year-old daughter Blue Ivy and newborn twins are living in a $400,000-a-month rental estate in Malibu for the summer, but have so far been unable to find a place to buy.
Real estate sources tell the entertainment news site that Bey and Jay are “frustrated because their search has hit a stumbling block, and the stumbling block is cash,” even in light of their $75 million budget.
As another source explains, “They want a super baller, crazy estate, and the ones they love are going for $150 mil.”
As previously reported, the couple’s newborn twins — whose arrival they haven’t publicly confirmed — are reportedly out of the hospital and resting at home.
The gender of the babies is still unknown, but unconfirmed reports have claimed that Bey welcomed a boy and a girl the weekend of June 16.
