Ashanti has released her newest single, “Let’s Go,” as part of a collaboration with first lady Michelle Obama‘s Partnership for a Healthier America and its Drink Up effort, which encourages everyone to drink more water, more often.

To stress the message of the campaign, Ashanti has issued a low-fi, “dehydrated” version of her song, which will be replenished in four phases as fans use the hashtag #DrinkUpAshanti to access the completed song.

“I love that my song is being used to encourage people to make a really easy choice: drinking more water every day,” Ashanti said in a statement. “It’s even more rewarding when it’s being done in a creative, positive way. Drinking water is in … it’s just cool and sexy. You are what you drink, so drink up. It’s also a pleasure to work with the first lady again to help make the healthy choice the easy choice.”

Once the song is fully hydrated, it’ll be released for sale on iTunes. For more information about Drink Up, visit YouAreWhatYouDrink.org.
