Azealia Banks supposedly digs up dead cat in Instagram video, body shames Megan Thee Stallion and Doja Cat

by

Jo Hale/RedfernsAzealia Banks is at it again. The rapper known for controversial social media posts is trending after she apparently dug up her dead cat.

On Tuesday, Banks posted an Instagram video, since deleted, of her ostensibly digging up her dead cat. A hip-hop Twitter account captured the video, which shows Banks pulling a white bag from the dirt, where the cat was presumably buried.

“The cat is in the bag,” said Banks in the video, which then cuts to her stirring a boiling pot of water that includes what appears to be an animal skull as Burna Boy‘s single “Ja Ara E” plays in the background.

“Lucifcer 2009-2020. My dear kitty. Thank you for everything. A legend. An Icon. Forever a serval serve,” Banks wrote in the video’s caption.

The Harlem rapper shared another photo of a shrine-like display that included champagne bottles, peacock feathers, a bottle of Chanel N°5 perfume, a blue $100 bill and an animal skull, among other things.

Fans are shocked and concerned after seeing Banks’ unusual posts. Even more were confused after finding two other Instagram videos of Banks blatantly body-shaming Megan Thee Stallion and Doja Cat.

“Megan you need to be stopped right in your tracks sis,” wrote Banks in the caption of a one-minute video of her brutally criticizing the “Savage” rapper’s body during her performance at the 2020 BET Awards last June.

Banks spent nearly four minutes pointing at Doja’s body and her “old white lady face.” “No, Doja Cat is an actual disgusting white woman abomination,” Azealia continued in the caption.

Meanwhile, in another Instagram video, Banks praised Shakira‘s “iconic” dance moves in the Black Eyed Peas “Girl Like Me” video.
