Beyonce and her husband, Jay Z, have welcomed twins, according to both People magazine and US Weekly, citing sources.

The sex of the babies has not been revealed, but a source tells People, “Bey and Jay are thrilled and have started sharing the news with their family and closest friends.”

The two new babies for the 35-year-old Grammy-winning superstar and the legendary rapper join big sister Blue Ivy, 5, in the Carter family.

E! Online reported that on Friday, a woman was seen entering a hospital in L.A. carrying a bouquet of flowers with two balloons, one pink and one blue, that read “Baby Girl” and “Baby Boy.”  According to E!, the woman’s gift included a card that read “B & J.”

The singer made it known in February that she was expecting again, posting a picture showing off her baby bump.

“We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes,” she captioned the pic.

Along with that announcement, Beyonce took more photos in an official pregnancy portfolio she posted to her website for all her fans.

In 2013, Beyonce told ABC’s Amy Robach that she definitely “would like more children …my daughter needs some company.”

Earlier this week, Jay Z skipped his induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, presumably due to the twins’ arrival.
