Beyoncé hits milestone and surpasses Nicki Minaj on Billboard chart

ABC/Image Group LABeyoncé‘s scored her 30th top-10 on Billboard‘s Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop chart, and as a result, she’s surpassed Nicki Minaj for having the most top-10 hit songs by a female on the chart since its inception in 1993. 

Bey earned the achievement thanks to her feature with JAY-Z and Future on DJ Khaled‘s song, “Top Off.”

In addition, Bey’s 30th top-10 now puts the “Formation” singer at number seven on the list of artists with the most top-10 tracks of all time. 

Drake‘s number one, with 56 top-10s, followed by Lil Wayne with 54, Chris Brown with 48 and Bey’s hubby, JAY-Z, with 35.   

Speaking of Bey and Jay, the couple are gearing up for their upcoming On the Run II stadium tour

That kicks off June 6 in Cardiff, Wales and will take the two around the world into early October. 

Beyoncé’s also preparing for her headlining gig at this year’s Coachella. 

She was scheduled to perform at last year’s festival but had to back out when she became pregnant with twins. Lady Gaga stepped in for her instead.  

Coachella takes place over two weekends, April 12-15 and April 20-22, with the same lineups each weekend at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.
