Credit: Robin Harper Beyonce is partnering with three charities for her Formation World Tour, which is set to begin on April 27 at Marlins Park, Miami.
United Way, Chime for Change and Global Citizen each will have a presence at every tour stop, with the concerts in Houston, Compton and Detroit designated as signature charity events. As part of the push for the charities, Beyonce fans who sign up also will have an opportunity to win tickets and complementary upgrades at selected shows.
The initiative comes through BeyGOOD, which was launched in 2013 for the Mrs. Carter World Tour and serves as the charity umbrella for Beyonce’s worldwide philanthropic efforts and events.
