Beyoncé sells Manhattan condo for over $9 million

by

ABC/Image Group LAWith a new $26 million home in the Hamptons and an $88 million mansion in Bel Air, it appears Beyoncé no longer needs her New York City condo.

Variety reports the “Halo” singer’s Manhattan abode was recently sold to “a mysterious corporate entity” for the full asking price of $9.95 million.

Bey bought the property in 2005 for a mere $5.091 million.

The three bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo includes “bird’s-eye views” of Central Park and the Upper East Side area of the city, along with the convenience of having a 24-7 doorman, children’s playroom and “state-of-the-art” fitness space in the building itself.

Beyoncé and hubby JAY-Z‘s new homes, however, appear to be major upgrades from the NYC digs.

As previously reported, their 12,000-square-foot East Hampton home comes with  Italian marble sculpted bathrooms, an 18th-century carved stone fireplace, a pool, and a 1,800-square-foot cottage on the grounds.

The power duo’s 30,000-square-foot Bel Air estate comes complete with four outdoor swimming pools. a spa and wellness center, a media room, a full-sized basketball court, and separate staff quarters on two acres of land.
