Credit: Robin Harper Before you go out and buy Beyoncé‘s new clothing line, Park Ivy, you can rest assured that the singer made sure the clothes would fit right.
Sir Philip Green, the owner of Topshop, tells USA Today that the diva tried on every item herself.
“She signed off on every piece. She was really engaged — whether we were discussing a print on a legging or when we were debating color and how it looked,” Green says. “In the end, when we got to the finish, she tried on every single piece. I was not invited to that last meeting by the way.”
Green adds they spent “six months developing the fabric” for her Ivy Park athleisure line, which is available in stores and online today.
