Beyonce‘s figure has inspire architects to design a high-rise tower in Melbourne after her likeness.
Design magazine Dezeen Daily reports that Queen Bey’s video for “Ghost” was the inspiration behind a soon-to-be-built 740-foot tower, which is described as “structurally efficient” with curves and bulges similar to the Bey’s figure.
“For those more on the art than science side, we will reveal that the form does pay homage to something more aesthetic — we’re going to trust you’ve seen the music video for Beyonce’s ‘Ghost,” explained the design company Elenberg Fraser on its website.
Plans for the Premiere Tower were approved in May. The residential building will feature 660 apartments in addition to a 160-room hotel.
