Big Sean and Jhené Aiko have collaborated frequently in the past, but the pair have surprised fans with the news they’ve formed a new duo called Twenty88, with a self-titled album on the way.
The entertainers revealed that their joint album “tells the story of the highs and lows of a relationship, with insights into conflict, memories, love, and sex.” The album will features production from Key Wane, Detail and Tommy Brown.
In addition to their surprise news, Big Sean and Jhené released artwork and a video teaser, in which the duo sits in the back of a chauffeured car wearing fur coats, while Aiko dons an orange wig.
We’ll soon get to see the duo in action when they make their TV debut performance March 31 on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!
