Prince Williams/Wireimage Shad “Bow Wow” Moss is always busy working for a check. Now, the rapper, former TV host and actor wants to get his daughter paid.
On Wednesday, the 33-year-old announced he’s working on a sitcom series with his nine-year-old daughter, Shai.
“We have something big in the works now. I’m probably on the first draft of the script and we’ll probably get the second draft soon,” Bow told The Shade Room. “And the show is amazing I’m just gon put it that way. Shai and Shad is coming. This year for sure.”
Bow felt it was only right to feature his daughter since her mother, dancer Joie Chavis, often calls to say Shai “killed this audition.” He admitted Shai asked for his “formula” to help remember her lines, but she ended up creating her own. “I let her find her way and that’s all I do,” Bow said.
Last September, Bow welcomed his baby boy, Stone Moss, with model Olivia Sky. Elsewhere in the interview, the father of two said he prefers not to refer to his children’s mothers as “baby mama or baby mother.” He also revealed he learned to establish a solid family foundation from music and entertainment mogul Diddy, who has six children of his own.
“I learned a lot from Puff, he taught me a lot, being around him, watching him, how he moves and I’m always asking him questions,” said Bow. “It’s a blessing, and it works well when it’s like that, so it’s family, it’s a family affair.”
Could more kids be in Bow Wow’s future? He joked, “I love ’em both and I’m just happy I got two good ones on my side. I’m done after this. No more for Bow Wow.”
