iStock/efesanMagic Johnson and his wife Cookie made their 60th birthdays unforgettable with a three-day bash this week in St. Tropez, France, featuring entertainment by Chaka Khan, Charlie Wilson and Earth, Wind & Fire.
The NBA Hall of Famer posted several photos on Instagram, and commented about the music, “We danced for six straight hours and no one sat down!”
Posing in a nightclub with his wife, the former Los Angeles Lakers point guard wrote, “Tonight was one of the best old school parties I’ve ever been to. 300 of our closest friends packed the dance floor all night.”
Jeffrey Osborne, Cheryl Lynn and Eddie Levert also sang at the star-studded celebration.
The guest list included Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez, Samuel L. Jackson, Spike Lee, Anthony Anderson, Bill Bellamy, Lela Rochon, Gayle King, Chris Tucker, Boris Kodjoe and wife Nicole Ari Parker, Angela Bassett and her husband Courtney B. Vance, plus Beyonce’s mother Tina Knowles-Lawson and her husband Richard Lawson.
