Chance the Rapper has dropped off his first official release of 2019: “GRoCERIES.”
The Murda Beatz production arrives after a months-long tease and marks Chance’s first collaboration with Houston newcomer TisaKorean.
Over the bouncy track, the Chicago rapper takes listeners on a nostalgic lyrical journey as he reflects on his humble beginnings and details his newfound lavish lifestyle.
“GRoCERIES” will tide Chance’s fans over until the release of his upcoming full-length project, Owbum, which he’s teased will arrive in July. He’ll perform on ABC’s Good Morning America Summer Concert Series on August 16.
Meanwhile, Chano has another release coming: He and his wife Kirsten Corley are expecting their second child.
