MTV is tapping a host of celebrity children to give some insight into their famous parents for a new docuseries. MTV’s Family Legacy will feature exclusive footage and interviews from the children of ’90’s/early 2000s stars Boyz II Men, TLC, Biggie Smalls, Sean “Diddy” Combs and Brandy.
Episodes in the show’s first season will also cover artists including Linkin Park, Backstreet Boys,*NYSNC, Van Halen and Melissa Etheridge.
MTV’s Family Legacy, narrated by Al B. Sure! and late model Kim Porter‘s actor son Quincy Brown is slated to debut in 2023. A preview will air Monday as part of MTV’s “We Speak Music” programming.
