ABC/Randy HolmesFollowing a report last week, Chris Brown has now confirmed that he’ll be hitting the road with Nicki Minaj — even sooner than fans had anticipated.
Initially, when news broke of the joint tour, it was reported that the Virginia crooner and Head Barb would be taking to the stage this fall. But, now Brown has set the record straight, taking to Instagram to clarify that the trek will in fact kick off this summer.
“THE TOUR WILL NOT BE IN THE FALL! ! ! ! ! ! ! IT IS IN THE SUMMER! THIS SUMMER,” Brown posted to his Instagram Story.
He also revealed that his highly anticipated ninth studio album, Indigo, will be arriving during the summer months.
The timing of the tour reveal is fitting, since Breezy just dropped off his newest single “Wobble Up,” which features Minaj, along with G-Eazy.
That track follows the previously released “Undecided” and Michael Jackson-inspired “Back to Love.”
