Chris Brown‘s Royalty is currently on pace for a strong sales start.

According to Hits Daily Double, industry insiders estimate the project will sell approximately 150,000 to 160,000 units its first week, of which 125,000 to 135,000 will be pure album sales. The projections are slightly above Chris’ sales start for his previous release, X, which sold 146,000 first-week copies.

While Royalty will likely enjoy a six-figure opening week sales total, Pusha T‘s Darkest Before Dawn is on pace to open with 40,000 to 45,000 units sold, while Monica‘s Code Red will begin with 32,000 to 37,000 in sales.

The official sales figures will be available Sunday.

In other CB news, the singer brought his one-year-old daughter, Royalty, onto the stage during his Los Angeles concert Friday night.
