Mike Marsland/Mike Marsland/WireImageAfter taking a three year hiatus from music, Ciara is back with a high intensity new dance track, “Level Up,” which she released Wednesday.

In the highly choreographed video featuring the Request Dance Crew, Ciara encourages her fans to elevate their lives to a higher level.

She sings, “I just keep elevating, no losses, just upgrading/My lessons, made blessings, I turned that into money/Thank God I never settled, this view is so much better/I’m chilling, I’m winning, like on another level.”

The Grammy Award winner also offers advice about avoiding negative people.

“Fake friends get dropped like weight/Team love, don’t want no hate/I’m grindin’, I’m shinin’
Up, up, up on my way/Thank God I never settled/This view is so much better/I’m chilling, I’m winning/Like on another level.”

“Level Up” is Ciara’s first single since “Dance Like We’re Making Love” in 2015 from her Jackie album. Since then, Ciara has focused on her personal life. She married Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson in July 2016, and their daughter, Sienna, was born in April 2017.

The 32-year-old entertainer also expanded her career as a Global Brand Ambassador for Revlon in 2016.
