On Wednesday, April 22nd the Dallas City Council Members approved a relief aid for the City of Dallas. Soon millions of dollars will be sent out for Dallas renters, homeowners, and small businesses struggling during COVID-19. The City of Dallas will also be providing eviction protection to all residents unable to pay rent because of the virus. Starting May 1st everyone will be able to apply for aid from the city or nonprofits, if you meet certain qualifications you can receive up to $1,500 a month to help with rent or utility’s.
