Blair CaldwellHave Saweetie and Quavo broken up? That’s what some fans believe after the artists unfollowed each other on Instagram, according to The Neighborhood Talk.
Fans believe it has to do with Saweetie’s appearance Wednesday on Revolt’s new show, Respectfully Justin.
Between answering explicit questions about relationships and sex, many believed the ICY queen was a little flirty with co-hosts, social media star Justin Laboy and Diddy‘s son, Justin Combs.
The conversation began with Laboy asking Saweetie if she ever had a one-night-stand while attending the University of Southern California, where she obtained her business degree.
“Unfortunately, nah. I’ve always been in a relationship,” said Saweetie. “[I’m] faithful, Cancer [ish],” referring to the astrological sign.
Sharing the same sentiments, Combs said, “[Cancers] just know how to treat you and bring the good sides out of you.”
Laboy then asked Combs if he ever dated a Cancer. But Saweetie interjected before he could answer, suggesting everyone take shots, which ultimately changed the subject.
Saweetie also made remarks such as “I don’t like liars,” and “when [men] mess up, you have to put them on ice.”
For those who don’t know, Saweetie and Combs dated for a brief period in 2016, but she’s been linked to Quavo since he slid in her DMs in 2018. The two have become one of hip-hop’s hottest couples, splurging on $300,000 gifts for each other. Days before last Christmas, Quavo gifted Saweetie a customized white Bentley with “ICY” embroidered into the seat headresta. Saweetie retuned the favor and bought him a Richard Mille watch, according to the Shade Room.
Neither Saweetie or Quavo have removed their photos of each other on Instagram, so hopefully this is all speculation.
