Gilbert Carrasquillo/GC ImagesA former personal chef to Sean “Diddy” Combs is accusing the mogul of sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
In the suit, Cindy Rueda, claims she was “regularly summoned by Mr. Combs to prepare and serve entrees and appetizers to him and his guests while Mr. Combs and/or his guests were engaged in or immediately following sexual activity.”
She also claims that Diddy called her to his room and asked if she was attracted to him. She also accuses an unnamed guest of approaching her nude and asked her what she thought of his privates.
Rueda was fired in May 2016, but in the suit she claims she was wrongfully fired after concocted a story that she had stolen a watch as a pretext to get rid of her.
A spokesperson for Diddy’s company issued a statement to Variety saying: “This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause.”
