Republic RecordsDrake is fulfilling his role as the Toronto Raptors official Global Ambassador: Tuesday, he presented the team members with custom-made jackets commemorating their NBA title.
The team posted social media photos of players wearing the jackets, with the captions, “Don’t worry ‘bout fittin’ in when you custom made,” and “1 of 1 exclusive from The Boy @Drake. #WeTheNorth.”
The black bomber satin jackets read “Best in the World,” and feature Drizzy’s OVO owl logo, the team logo, and the players’ names and numbers embroidered on the right sleeve. An image of the Larry O’Brien championship trophy is on the back.
The “In My Feelings” rapper also designed the official team championship ring with Jacob of Beverly Hills. Those were presented to the players on October 22 at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto before the first game of the new season, against the New Orleans Pelicans.
Drake also received a second Raptors ring customized for him, which is adorned with his nickname, “The Boy.”
