Its been a good week for Drake, whose latest album, Nothing was the Same, landed atop the Billboard 200 chart, marking his third consecutive album to so do.  And now, the publication reports Drizzy also claimed the #1 position on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs with “Hold On, We’re Going Home,” featuring Majid Jordan.

The retro-track climbed from third to first ending Robin Thicke’s 16-week reign with “Blurred Lines” and simultaneously becoming the Toronto native’s 11th chart-topper on the list.  He’s now second only in that regard to current record-holder Usher, who leads with 12 number-one hits.
