Dan MartensenDrake fans in Des Moines, Iowa hoped that the artist would pay a visit to one of their city’s universities — Drake University, that is.
Lucky for them, Drizzy did just that Tuesday night while on his Summer Sixteen tour, posting a picturethat shows him squatting on top of the university’s campus sign.
The entertainer also wore a Drake University bomber letterman jacket onstage, further showing his love for both Des Moines and his fans from the capital.
Drake University students contacted Drake last week, asking him to stop by his namesake campus while he was in town. The hashtag #BringDraketoDrake was created to encourage Drake’s visit.
