The first song from the Creed III soundtrack is slated to drop Friday. The track is titled “Ma Boy,” and features J.I.D. and Lute.
The Creed III soundtrack will accompany the premiere of the movie featuring Michael B. Jordan and Jonathan Majors, a newcomer to the installment. Dreamville is executive producing the album, which not only features J.I.D. and Lute, but also other artists from the label’s roster.
According to a press release, Dreamville worked with Creed III producers MGM, Proximity and Outlier to “create a musical experience that fit not just the film’s needs but one that will be celebrated as its own piece of art.” It’s slated to drop March 3.
