Even though many people are practicing social distancing, we have seen many exploring what is outside beyond the cities and towns. Whether it was going hiking in a trial near their neighborhood or visiting natural parks suck as Turner Falls in Oklahoma. Staying at home can increase chances of anxiety, stress, or even depression for some people because of the world we are living in today. It is important to take care of your mental and if you want to explore the world, go for it, but remember to social distance to prevent the spread of the virus.
