by

ABC/Randy HolmesSZA has been ordered by her own boss to focus on her health, even if that means missing a few tour dates.

The “Broken Clocks” singer — who’s been on the road for the first-ever Top Dawg Entertainment: The Championship tour — is ill.

As a result, she’s been pulled from the tour for several days.

“I got some bad news. I have to take SZA off for a few days on the tour. Her vocal chords [sic] are swollen and she have [sic] to rest her voice to prevent any permanent damage,” writes TDE founder Top Dawg on Twitter.

He continues, “We [sic] been monitoring her close and this is the reason she missed the Arizona and New Mexico dates. She’ll see the doctor again in a few days and I’ll update you guys on her status. As for the dates she missed, we’ll figure out a way to make it up to you guys.”

Stay tuned to see when SZA will return to the TDE tour stage after she’s feeling better.
