The Le Cordon Bleu-trained recording artist has plans to set up her own pop-up burger restaurant in London, England.
U.K. magazine Dazed & Confused reports Kelis is serving up “South American-inspired street food” in collaboration with French-American street food duo, Le Bun. Their inspired foodie venture will be called “KELISxLEBUN” and will stop in at the Leicester House in London July 6-7 and 13-14.
This new adventure is practically a dream come true for the Brit Award-winning singer. “I’ve been looking forward to bringing my cooking to London for years. The Le Bun guys are the perfect partners and I can’t wait for everyone to have a taste,” she says.
Let’s hope that Kelis will bring her tasty South American treats to America’s yard soon!
