Give you that beep beep: Paris and Prince Jackson jam to R. Kelly’s Ignition behind the wheel

by

Randee St. NicholasParis Jackson and her brother, Prince Jackson, were only five and six years old, respectively, when R. Kelly‘s “Ignition” came out.

However, the siblings were recently recorded jamming and lip-synching to the hit song while on the road.

R. Kelly himself tweeted the video, giving a shout-out to Paris, Prince and their late pop, Michael Jackson.

“I’m grateful to have called @MichaelJackson a friend,” Kelly writes

“Pretty dope to see my music is touching his generations! @princemjjaxon & @ParisJackson having a blast while riding to #ignition.”

The video also shows vintage footage of MJ enjoying “Ignition” while in the backseat of a car.

R. Kelly wrote three hit songs for Michael Jackson before his death in 2009: “Cry,” “One More Chance,” and “You Are Not Alone.”
