New season, more drama. That’s what fans can expect when Growing Up Hip Hop makes its return next month.

WE TV released a teaser ahead of the show’s seventh season, with newcomers Bone Thugs-n-HarmonyNaughty by Nature‘s Treach and Kurupt of the Dogg Pound. Here’s a rundown of what’s to come.

Egypt is joining her mother, Pepa, on tour, but she’s faced with juggling the opportunity with her new house; her husband, Sam, who is facing jail time; and a long-held secret.

Angela Simmons is exploring her creativity, taking vocal lessons alongside her friend Cree Campbell and potentially taking the stage in front of a live audience.

Sakoya Wynter is caught in the crossfire of her parent’s (Tiny and Jodeci‘s JoJo Hailey) divorce following her mom’s affair. A broken-hearted and lonely Twist may possibly be her shoulder to cry on.

Layzie Bone teams up with Treach to honor hip-hop’s 50th anniversary and challenge the talented second generation.

Season 7 of Growing Up Hip Hop premieres Thursday, January 5, at 9 p.m. ET.

Veterans Romeo Miller, Vanessa Simmons, Jojo and Tanice Simmons, Tahira “Tee Tee” Francis and husband Shawn Rogers, Eric “Lil Eazy-E” Wright Jr. and wife Aaliyah, Briana Latrise and Devin Hailey, son of K-Ci Hailey, will all make a comeback.
