H.E.R debuts at number one on Billboard R&B chart with ‘I Used To Know Her’

Timothy SaccentiH.E.R. is the new queen of the Billboard R&B Album chart.

The 27-year-old singer’s new EP, I Used To Know You, debuts at the top the chart, replacing 17 by the late XXXTentacion, which drops to number two.

Born Gabriella Wilson, H.E.R. is also hot on the Adult R&B Songs chart with seven tracks in the top 25: “Get You” at number five with Daniel Caesar, “Could’ve Been,” featuring Bryson Tiller at number 6, “Focus” at number 13, “Against Me” number 18, “Feel A Way” number 20,  “As I Am” number 21, and “Be On My Way (Interlude)” at 24.

“I honestly don’t know if I ever imagined this day coming,” the two-time BET Award nominee commented on Instagram. ”I just know hard work and teamwork truly paid off. Nothing can take this forever moment away!!!! WE NUMMBBERRRR 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW. Thank you God!!!!!”

After recently touring with Chris Brown, H.E.R. will co-headlining the Best Life Music Festival with Ella Mai on September 15 in Miami.
