H.E.R. releases new EP, ‘I Used to Know Her: The Prequel’

MBK Entertainment/RCA RecordsAs she tours as an opening act on the Chris Brown Heartbreak On A Full Moon Tour, H.E.R. has released her fourth EP, I Used To Know Her: The Prelude, on Friday.

The six-song project, which is a “prelude” to her forthcoming official debut album, includes collabos with Bryson Tiller and DJ Scratch.

Born Gabriella “Gabi” Wilson, the 21-year-old singer from Vallejo, California was nominated this year for Best New Artist, and Best Female R&B Artist at the BET Awards.

She recorded the duet “This Way” with Khalid for the Superfly soundtrack, and is featured on Daniel Caesar’s “Best Part” which they performed on the BET Awards.
