Chris Brown and Drake were reportedly spotted backstage last month in Las Vegas, laughing and drinking, according to the New York Post’s Page Six. Now they’re apparently working on new material together.
But have the former enemies really reconciled their differences? Brown announced on his Facebook page: “Hangin with Drake in the studio.” However, the original post has been removed. In addition, numerous media outlets reported there was a video montage of the pair bonding in the studio –including screenshots — but all evidence of the pair working together has since been taken down from Brown’s Entrago website.
Its been long rumored that Chris and Drake’s beef stemmed from both artists being romantically linked to Rihanna, a beef that quickly escalated following their alleged brawl at a New York nightclub last year.
If any differences have, in fact, been resolved, it’s likely the pair are collaborating for Breezy’s upcoming album, X, which is slated for a November 19 release. The project will also include contributions from Rihanna, Kelly Rowland, Brandy, and Wiz Khalifa, among others.
