So come 2024, if Kanye West has his way, his name could be on the presidential ballot as … “Christian Genius Billionaire Kanye West.”
‘Ye’ said just that at an event in NY last week. He’s been on the road lately talking up his new line of biodegradable shoes.
Most recently, he was at the 2019 Fast Company Innovation Festival when he said out loud, “When I run for president in 2024, we’re gonna definitely … ” That’s when Kanye stopped in mid-sentence because the audience of a some 500 folks started cracking up! Clearly annoyed he asked, “Now whatcha all laughing at?” But, he finished what he was saying: “When I run for president in 2024 we would have created so many jobs I’m not going to run, I’m going to walk.”
The name change is a new thing, but Kanye has talked about running for president in the past.
