Is a Brandy and Drake collaboration in the works? If it were up to Brandy it would be.
On August 5, the 41-year-old singer-songwriter took some time to answer fan questions on Twitter when she came across one that asked, “Would you ever do a song with Drake?”
In her video response to the question Brandy said, “Somebody tell Drake to pull up on me because its time to do a Drake song.”
“Come on Drake. What’s up? I’m calling you out fam,” she continued before adding, “I love Drake.”
Based on the comments on the post, fans were mostly on board with the potential collaboration. Over on The Shade Room‘s Instagram page, fellow singer and actress Christina Milian seemed to signify she’d be a fan of the idea by leaving a comment that contained two fire emojis. Other fans chimed in with comments like, “That song would low key be a vibe” and “IM HERE FOR IT.”
Still, some others weren’t so sure the two artists would mesh well together.
One person shared, “I don’t think their music will go well together,” while another wrote, “Nobody asked for that.”
