Looks like Sam Smith‘s wish to work with Jazmine Sullivan has just been granted. The songbird confirmed via Instagram that she will open his concert tonight at Detroit’s Masonic Temple.
“I have a surprise guys,” Jazmine wrote late Wednesday. “Any Sam smith fans that will be in Detroit tomorrow… I’ll be opening up for him w a lil acoustic set! Very grateful! See u there”
The news comes on the heels of her latest album, Reality Show landing atop Billboard’s R&B Albums chart. Her first album in four years also cracked the top 15 on the Billboard 200 chart, coming in at #12.
Reality Show, which features appearances from Meek Mill and Mona Lisa, was executive produced by the singer and boasts production from Salaam Remi, Anthony Bell and Key Wane.
