Jennifer Hudson gave the first televised performance of her new single, “I Can’t Describe (the Way I Feel),” during BET’s Black Girls Rock on Sunday.
The singer showed off her new short hair cut while performing choreographed steps alongside back-up dancers to the disco-influenced tune, which was written by Pharrell and features T.I. For those who missed it, J-Hud tweeted that the performance can be seen via BET.com now.
“I Can’t Describe (the Way I Feel)” appears on Jennifer’s third album, due out this winter. She previously said in a statement, “For me, it’s all about making people feel good and showing them who I am as an artist. I make music to feed the soul and I think this song will do that for a lot of people.”
