Joe Budden gives his two cents on Usher STD scandal

by

ABC/Fred WatkinsIt’s no secret that Usher is currently embroiled in a tawdry STD scandal.

Even though the R&B artist has yet to respond to allegations that he knowingly infected several women with the herpes virus without telling them, Joe Budden chimed in on the news during a recent episode of his Complex show, Everyday Struggle

“This is one of them industry rumors that have been there for a long time, but you just ignore. This ain’t really news,” Joe explains.

“But what I will say is anytime I’ve ever met Usher, he’s been really amazing, so, I don’t really wanna talk bad about him. He’s such a great guy and great person and I look up to him and what he’s done in his tenure in just music.”

Usher is at the center of a scandal stemming from 2012. Legal documents first obtained by Radar Online revealed that the singer allegedly infected a woman with the herpes virus.

The woman allegedly sued Usher because of it and the singer reportedly settled the case by paying her $1.1 million.

However, more women now claim usher also gave them the STD and are allegedly seeking legal help from attorney Lisa Bloom, who’s currently assisting Blac Chyna in her ongoing troubles with Rob Kardashian.

As previously reported, one of Usher’s accusers is reportedly seeking $20 million in damages from the superstar.

Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster, who replied to the scandal on Instagram last week to state that she’s in good health, divorced in 2009.

In 2015, Usher married music executive Grace Miguel.
