Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagicJohn Legend and Chrissy Teigen are expecting a girl, the pregnant model and TV star revealed Wednesday.
Teigen, 30, made the announcement via Instagram, accompanied by a photo of her new Vogue Thailand cover. “So proud and honored to have shot the cover of Vogue Thailand!” she wrote. “Special to me for so many reasons…one being I am SO PROUD to be Thai, so excited to have shot a Vogue cover (a dream, of course) annnnd a couple minutes after this shot, John and I learned we were having our little baby girl!”
Teigen used Instagram in October to announce that she and Legend, 36, are expecting their first child.
Teigen, who married Legend in 2013, discussed on her talk show FABLife in September that she’d been experiencing fertility struggles. “John and I were having trouble,” she said. “We would have had kids five, six years ago if it happened. But my gosh, it’s been a process. We’ve seen fertility doctors.”
