John Legend is joining with a non-profit organization to take part in a special, one-night only production at The Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, next week
The One Night for One Drop event, taking place Friday, March 20, will include more than 100 Cirque du Soleil performers in addition to Legend. This is the third annual installment of the event which is designed to raise funds for and awareness of water issues worldwide with proceeds benefiting the One Drop charitable organization’s global initiatives.
“We are honored to have award-winning musician John Legend featured in One Night for One Drop,” said Mukhtar O.S. Mukhtar, creator/director of One Night for One Drop. “I admire his innovative approach to music, and his ability to combine different styles and genres seamlessly. His performance will be a huge asset to this unique, once in a lifetime performance.”
