About 42,000 people filled the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta Thursday night to attend a listening event for Kanye West‘s tenth studio album, DONDA.

The event was live-streamed on Apple Music, so fans at home could experience the white-covered floors and the slight fog that consumed the building. West walked around the edge of the stadium wearing a custom red puffer jacket with matching leather pants, boots, and a full-face covering, while his album played loudly over the speakers.

The Shade Room captured one of the most shocking moments of the night, in which Kanye played a track that potentially confirms his reunion with Jay-Z. Hopefully, this surprise collaboration has officially put an end to their longtime feud.

“Hold up, Donda, I’m with ya baby when I touch back road / Told ’em stop all of that red cap he going home / Not be with all of these sins, casting stones / This might be the return of The Throne,” Jay raps on the track, referring to their 2011 joint album, Watch The Throne.

DONDA is named after Ye’s mother, Donda West, who died in 2007 after complications from plastic surgery. The Grammy winner initially dropped hints about the album in March 2020 and later revealed it would be released in July. But now, it looks like fans will have to wait a bit longer until DONDA is released.
