R. Kelly has released the video for his new single “My Story,” featuring 2 Chainz. The single is taken from the R&B legend’s upcoming album, Black Panties.
2 Chainz is noticeably absent in the black-and-white clip, which chronicles the singer’s busy life from his recent tour. Complete with studio images and scenes from his hometown of Chicago, the visual can be viewed via Kelz’s official YouTube page.
Black Panties marks the crooner’s twelfth studio effort, following 2012’s Write Me Back. Kelly has described the highly-anticipated project as a sequel to his 1993 debut album, 12 Play. That disc spawned the classic hits “Bump N Grind,” “Your Body’s Callin'” and “It Seems Like You’re Ready.”
