Prince Williams/WireimageSeason two of Verzuz is off to a good start: A exclusive merchandise line for the “Legendary Ladies Night” event featuring Keyshia Cole and Ashanti has now launched.
Both artists announced the battle’s limited edition merch line — featuring shirts, hoodies with Libra designs and the Verzuz logo, all created by Ashanti’s sister Kenashia Shia Douglas — in collaboration with the popular Gen-Z app Ntwrk.
“Libra-inspired vibes, and starter pack inspired vibes from us,” wrote Keyhsia on Instagram, while Ashanti asked, “Y’all ready? Whose coming to the celebration dressed?”
According to an Instagram Live video captured by The Shade Room, Cole’s been preparing her vocals for the fourth female-fronted battle in the Verzuz series, singing Ashanti’s debut single “Foolish.”
“Foolish,” from Ashanti’s self-titled 2002 debut album, was released by Murder Inc. Records — but let’s not forget her other R&B hits, such as “Happy,” “Baby,” Rain On Me,” and “Rock Wit U (Awww Baby), to name a few.
Keyshia emerged in 2005 with her debut album, The Way It Is, which brought us Billboard Hot 100 songs like “I Should Have Cheated” and “I Changed My Mind.”
