Eric McCandless/CBSLaverne Cox may officially be apart of the Beyhive. After famously dancing at last year’s MTV Video Music Awards, the actress channeled her inner Beyonce while doing a photo-shoot for the NYLON magazine.
As apart of a video series for “Three Dances, Three Situations,” Cox first showed off her docile high school dance moves, then twerked to Juvenile‘s “Back That A** Up” to show how to pick up someone at the club, before finishing with her best imitation of Queen Bey. Cox got loose to the singer’s hard-hitting “Yonce” song while wearing black stilettos, a black skirt and blue blouse.
“This might make me look like a bit of a @Beyonce stan. I accept that characterization #cakebythepound,” Cox later tweeted.
