Ledisi added to 2018 Essence festival lineup

ABC/Ida Mae AstuteLedisi is hitting the main stage at this year’s Essence Festival. 

The “Let Love Rule” singer has joined the lineup for the live event, scheduled to run from July 5 through July 8 in New Orleans. 

She’ll be performing on Friday, July 6 in the Big Easy’s Mercedez-Benz Superdome. 

Single night tickets are on sale now. 

Ledisi’s stop at Essence Fest is one of many live performances scheduled for the entertainer in the upcoming months.   

Her headlining Let Love Rule tour kicks off May 24 in Raleigh, N.C. with Melanie Fiona and Tweet.
