Lil Baby announces new music with CMG’s newest signee, EST Gee

by

ABC; Universal Music Last November, My Turn rapper Lil Baby said he wasn’t doing any more features in order to work on his next album. But it seems he’s changed his mind and is ready to bring his fans new music.

On Monday, the Atlanta native took to Instagram to announce his highly-anticipated return, thanks to a forthcoming track with Louisville newcomer, EST Gee.

“[Eff] it. I’m getting back in my bag. New music [on the way] featuring @Est.Gee,” wrote Baby in the caption of a photo of the two counting money on a table.

Twenty-six-year-old EST Gee has been hot on everyone’s radar since releasing tracks like “Through the City” and “El Toro,” as well as “Gangatroni” and “Nathaniel Forest” from his 2020 project, Ion Feel Nun.

As one of the hottest rappers coming out of Louisville, Kentucky, Gee recently landed a deal with Yo Gotti‘s CMG Records — just one month after the December release of his debut album, I Still Don’t Feel Nun. The 16-track album featured Gotti, CMG label mate MoneyBagg Yo, Kevin Gates, and 42 Dugg, among others.

EST Gee made his late night television debut joining fellow Louisville native Jack Harlow for a performance of their “Route 66” collaboration on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last month. Gee also teamed up with buzzing Kentucky rapper $ackleader Won on “Turn Me Down.”
