Scott Dudelson/Getty ImagesLion Babe has announced a new mixtape titled Sun Joint, and with it dropped the first song from the compilation, called “Endless Summer.”
The R&B/soul duo, made up of Jillian Hervey and Lucas Goodman, will release the 11-track mixtape June 21 via their website, TeamLionBabe.com. The feel-good tape, which is said to include a variety sounds including “soul, funk and electronics, and earworm melodies,” follows the release of Lion Babe’s debut album, Begin, which dropped earlier this year.
The duo is also scheduled to make an appearance at the Essence Festival in New Orleans, which will officially kick off their first-ever North American tour.
