Kacie TomitaPerfection is hard to attain, so maybe that’s why Khalid‘s released a “rough draft” of a brand-new song called “Perfect.”
After releasing the acoustic track via SoundCloud Wednesday, the “Location” artist tweeted that he’s “probs gonna leave it at rough draft.”
On the brooding tune, Khalid sings, “Something’s stopping me from becoming a better person/I could try to pace myself/But I don’t think that it’s worth it/What’s the point of working if for which is never certain/I know I’ll never be/Perfect.”
The MTV VMA Best New Artist winner is also expected to appear at Vevo’s Halloween bash in San Francisco on October 28.
